I posted a video of this LF deer a few weeks ago - it was a video taken on my phone off of the TV - so this is the actual video of the deer. Had a few folks here say it was photo shopped etc. so this should correct that thought.

We have video of him for 3 years and age him at 5 this year. If you study his body it is clear he is not fully mature yet. At 3 he was awesome and at 4 (last year) went backwards some - then this year he obviously blew up. So we put him on do not kill for this season and hope he survives and adds some mass. Looking forward to next season!!

And if you are wondering, the buck in the back ground around 30-40 yards behind the big buck is around 170 range- happy new year!

But before I hit the sack I will add that no matter what the deer looks like my guy who took this video could not have had a better back ground IMO - the blue sky in the background that highlights this buck would be hard to match

I don’t think anyone really thinks it’s photoshopped they are just trolling bc they are jealous of the fact they will never get a chance at a deer like that.

I remember the picture. It’s not something you forget. I’m so glad you posted the video. That is a dream buck. Something along the lines of Heart Attack. I never doubted you. I’ve seen enough of your posts to know your legit. That video just made my day when that buck turned his head.

I think some people really think a native, free range whitetail like that isn’t possible. That’s how special deer like that really are.
