New Year’ Eve day, rain, sleet, freezing rain, maybe some thunder, and snow later (up to 4”), decided to change it up and make a pot of chili beans (or Hamburger Beans when I was a youngster) in lieu of my normal Tex-Mex Venison chili. About another 1-2 hours till beans are tender. Temp suppose to drop into mid 20’s tonight. This should keep me warm! Yep, had 1st bowl with some cornbread, it was good. House smells great on day like this
