Yes I’ve gotten a ton of them in the past couple of years. Just bottom feeders. IDK of a way to stop them. I wish I did.
I learned long ago you can't reason someone out of something they don't reason themselves into.

We get them constantly on all our properties. Always lowball offers. I can't imagine they acquire many properties. If they get 1% penetration I guess that makes up for it. They haven't slowed down so I guess they make money 
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.

A guy up the road is buying every piece of property he can on the highway in front of my farm. I think he is up to 12 properties. At least once a quarter I get a letter from his lawyer wanting to buy the front part of mine. lol

At least once a quarter I get a letter from his lawyer wanting to buy the front part of mine. lol When I've seen stuff like that, I can't help but wonder what kind of insider information he has... In lots those cases, a new pipeline route, or highway expansion, or 'something' is up. I doubt he's making those offers out the kindness of his heart.
