Pre-Covid the wife and I normally would go out somewhere for our wedding anniversary. With the virus raging through the State my wife and I celebrated our 35th anniversary at home.
Frequently over the years my wife would eat lobster. So tonight I made her lobster two ways. One tail was seasoned with a Cajun spice blend and then oven baked until done. The other tail was poached in a flavorful liquid until done. It was my first time to ever poach a lobster tail. The tails were served with a Greek Salad. Like the dumb Aggie that I am I forgot to get a good loaf of bread when I was shopping. So no bread today.
