Looking for quail lease slot in South Texas for next season and beyond. Prefer blow sand country, and permission to drive off the ranch roads into the pasture is a must. Have rv, need electricity, water isn’t that big of a deal.

It’s not a problem working with deer hunters on an existing lease. My lease fee could be a big help towards your feed bill.
