I no doubt need to start taking a closer look at my game camera photos. Such things are probably easy to miss when you're quickly looking at photos on your phone and don't stop to take a closer look before deleting them. While the deer is relatively easy to see on your laptop screen, it's not so much on something much smaller.

I must have the camera set to take a second photo a few seconds later because this one was saved with a file name incremented by one. I believe you can make it out to be a small buck in this one. It was by pure coincidence the camera caught both the bobcat and deer in the first shot, with a follow-up shot of only the deer due to camera settings.

It also seems to indicate the deer may have watched the bobcat pass by without running from it.

Deer here (mature) pay absolutely no attention to bobcats or coyotes.

Deer in that pic is easy to spot. Make it a your practice to pick out horizontal lines in a 'vertical world' (trees) and you'll spot them more readily.
