May have found a new favorite sausage. What about the best of both?? Butter-grilled hoagie rolls, new type of sausage, sauerkraut, and home made Thousand Island dressing. Was out of Swiss cheese, so substituted in Gruyere for some extra melt and gooeyness. Amped up the dressing with mayo, ketchup, brown mustard, sweet relish, a pinch of last night's horseradish, Worchestershire, and Magic Dust.

Had to stop at the bakery in the store for the rolls. The wife wanted them to make a turkey BLT club for her and Mom.
