I dont know how but I think you may have to put on utube first. Someone will know.

Yes, the video needs to be hosted by a site like YouTube, then linked here in a post using the video button in the toolbar when you post.

There may be other ways, but that's the simplest I've found.

Youtube or Vimeo can be posted here easily, insert media tag (looks like a clapperboard) at the top when posting or replying to a post

so if I post on youtube does it become public for anyone? Or can I make it private?

As mentioned above. Create a YouTube account, upload your video there. It will create a link you can copy (then paste here).

Then follow these steps:







After you've done it a few times....it will become second nature.

tlk, Im sorry no one has answered your question about rather the video on youtube would be public or not. I dont know so I cant answer. Obviously it would be available on here but I dont know beyond that.

Yes, that provides a 'link' that we can 'click' on and it will take us to YouTube to view. But if you would like to embed it HERE so we can access it then follow the instructions I left in my post above and just paste that link.
