Easiest breakfast snacks ever!!! Sort of a mini-Chipolata, but with Little Smokies.

So simple to make six dozen, just thaw the dinner rolls for about 2 hours, cut in half and roll up the little smokies. And they freeze well in just a zip-lock back, and are wonderful with spicy brown mustard. The wife will do a half-dozen with yogurt, for breakfast, and be good for a day out in the field hunting or fishing.

I roll them in melted butter after taking out of the oven. Good stuff.

Bless your heart. That looks like a lot of work and even more love.

Bill: These are the easiest thing in the world to build. The secret is to cheat and use ready ingredients, and only thaw the rolls enough to cut in half and fold around the sausage. Don't even have to let them rise!

Doesn't take me 15 minutes to roll them, and then cook for about 22-25 minutes at 350 degrees (as brown as you like them).
