I think her left leg is getting ready to sucker punch the other. Looks to be there. Yep I thought that too but looks like you can follow her lower neckline all the way. The one in back ear appears to me to be on the backside of the neck, unless you are implying a section of the subjects leg is translucent. Looks like the leg is all inside the skin. I couldn’t ever really figure it out.

I think it's there, I think the flash off the post washed out the image for the camera. As posted, she has it raised and is about to whoop somebody. One of the reasons my cameras are set on two-shot bursts.
