This young fella has a pretty bad neck wound. Thinking a missed shot due damage and depth. Anyone think different like fence or fight wound ? He is actually doing fine and wound is healing up nice based on later pics from cam, he is fairly frequent to feeder. We will see how he does over the next couple years if he stays on the right side of the fences.

Likely from an arrow or bullet from bad shot placement


High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Could be from anything, those critters are tough as nails though!!
