 Beretta A300 Ejection Issues

Does anyone know of a solution to solve this? My A300 is failing to eject the 3rd round every time im out hunting. Regardless the load it just wont eject the 3rd round, pull the bolt back or tap the stock against my shoulder and it will eject.

I can’t think of anything that would cause only the last shot to fail to eject other than the gun coming off your shoulder too soon. This is most often a problem with recoil operated guns but can happen with gas guns also.
