Cubed some leftover brisket and mixed with scrambled eggs. Topped with the last of the bacon from the fridge. Kept me so full I skipped lunch.

What brand of tortilla are you using? I'm looking for a better one for my breakfast taco.

Bill, our HEB bakery makes fresh homemade tortillas daily that are out of this world good if you toss in a skillet to warm/lightly toast ...
