I can remember seeing many posts asking what time others like to be on their stand for a morning hunt, but I can't remember anyone asking the same question for an evening hunt.
I've been trying to be in my stand by 3pm for an evening hunt, but just curious what time others shoot for (pun intended)?

Between 3 and 3:30 as well. Start seeing action on my place around 4:30 and usually no bucks til closer to sundown. Arriving an hour or so before movement really starts seems enough to let things cool down.

3:30.
Tailgate feeding means deer will typically arrive within a few min and then regular feeder deer show up
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Usually around 2;30 - 3, sometimes earlier, depends on how bored I am at camp.

Between 1-3 weather depending. Colder/wetter closer to 1, hotter/dryer 3ish
Mornings are until 11ish cold/wet and 9ish hot/dry

Blue bird sky, 330, feeder goes off at 4, deer pour in at 5-6. Cloudy and cold, or a full moon mid day, 2-230 at the latest.

depends on whether someone else is in camp. Last weekend, I was in the stand by 2:00 (was late getting there) and sat till 45 minutes past sundown. Back in the stand by 5:45 am, started raining by the time I closed the door and rained off/on till about 12:00 when the norther pushed thru and I had to close the big north and west facing windows. The wind was whipping to the point it was pushing water in around the edges of the window openings. Finally the rain let up some, so I took the opportunity to go to camp for a bite to eat, then back to a different stand by about 1:30. I was the only one on the ranch, so I took the full opportunity to spend as much time in the stand as possible.
If someone else is out, I kinda play it by ear depending on them. But either way, no later than 3:00 if at all possible, earlier if given the opportunity.

Depends for me. If the wife and kids are sitting with me we get in the blind at 3:30 and feeder goes off at 4:30. If its just me/dad/brother in camp ill spend as much time as i can in the stand.

About 8.5 minutes before the feeders go off. Seriously, on a lot of the places I've been on the feeders go off around 5:00-5:15 or so. We typically only get there at most 30 minutes earlier unless the rut is on or it is pre-rut. Hell, in the mornings on these places we get there as it is breaking day and no more than 10 minutes before shooting light. If you get there any earlier the deer will have cleaned up 50-100 lbs of corn off the senderos and be gone way before sunup. lol
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Weather dictates when I go...but it does not matter for me when I get in the blind since I road feed...good weather that is not hot and the deer respond well to a road feeder. Overcast, cool and drizzling weather and they will be on the oats usually early anyways. Throw in hunting a drier year after a killing frost and deer will be on the road corn before I can get in the blind sometimes....that is even with yr round free choice protein.

No magic sauce here unless you have cell cams to know tendencies of deer patterns leading up to your hunt. Even then, there is some luck involved. Wild animals eat when they want/need to, not when you want/need them to.

I try to be in the stand an hour before the feeder goes off whether that's morning or evening especially if I still have a buck tag to fill.

Depends on the weather and the moon phase, and if they are chasing does.......sometimes as early as 12:30 other times could be 4:00.......
