about 8 yrs ago I bought a Marlin 25-06 from Achedemy. Ever since I bought it, I have never been able to sight it I, It shoots all over the place. I have tried different ammo. My next option is to try different scope, I have a BSA on it now. Anyone think of other options or ideas to try? I'm wondering if there might be a recall on this model.

Yes, get a different scope. The one you have is a paperweight.
Check the action screws, base screws, ring screws for tightness. A F.A.T. Wrench is a $50 torque wrench and worth every penny. If you've got the Leupold bases with the windage screws, those are a weak link. Free-float the barrel.
If those things don't fix it, pillars and bedding in the action area of the stock is the next step.
Also, depending on your twist rate, it is going to like a narrow bullet weight (length) area. Make sure the bullet weight jives with the twist rate.

Get a different scope and a Good set of rings and bases. Those guns came with the cheapest rings and bases available. Also check your barrel lug screws. Make sure they are torqued correctly.
