Due to age, Covid conditions and a housefire, I have 3 openings on a 6 gun second half quail season lease. It is 10 sections in the SE corner of Glassock county about 18 miles SW of Sterling city. Five sections have good brush cover and the other five have motts and draws. The entire place is dog and UTV huntable. There is water across the ranch.

This is an MLD ranch and deer hunters have priority during Oct-Dec. Quail hunters have priority during Jan-Feb. There is no quail hunting during Oct-Dec. Deer hunters get to hunt in Jan and Feb. however quail hunters get to choose where to hunt before deer hunters during this time. All of the hunters on the lease are very accomodating and we've never had problems with both groups being there at the same time.

There is a furnished 12 x 36 cabin with bunks, kitchen and bath. There are also RV hookups. Water and electricity are provided.

Limited guests are permitted as long as it's not abused.

The population is decent this season with approx. 60% blues and 40% bobs.

Price is $2500.00 per gun.
