The site is not allowing me to login on my PC. When I click the login button it does not prompt me to sign it. It just refreshes the page. Any help would be great

I logged out and back in on PC no problem, so I don't think it is a website issue. I'm not an IT guy, so I don't know the technical ins and outs so I may not be of much help, but my best advice....
It seems like when people do have various problems it is often cookie related. Check to see if you have software or your browser blocking THF cookies and unblock them. Also clear your cookies and browsing history, then try logging in again.

We recently had another user that couldn’t log on. That one was resolved but I don’t remember how.

Last one was the router was blocking the login, try resetting that and or modem if nothing else works.

Could be a firewall issue as well. Maybe turn off your firewall just long enough to see if you can log in as a way to rule it out.

I am able to login in phone but PC will not open the login page. We just moved to a new building. Maybe it is on internet end?

And it healed itself. But shows that I read things I hadn't, like I was logged in when I wasn't.

Did it again, but turning off hot spot and chrome book and starting over fixed it.
