Still a learning experience for what the MIL likes to eat. Worked on steak tonight. Chairman Reserve filets, bakers, stuffed mushrooms, and some artisan bread. The 'srooms were pork sausage/parm/cheddar/cream cheese/bread crumbs. Overall, everything was quite tasty. She liked medium rare, but I think I can convert her to the dark side, and go a little redder. smile

If your mother in law doesn't like that, then there ain't no help for her smile.

Great Job!

Yeah I’d call that medium rare. That’s how I prefer mine.... just so you know for when we come to visit.

My Ex Mother in Law HATES me, but if she was ever in a bind I would be there front and center. I still love that woman even though she may think I'm a POS for divorcing her daughter.

Doesn't matter.

Good on you Sir, for taking care of the ones you love.

Cutting up like a new pair of scissors. You got a good scald on that dish.

Yep, that looks great but way over cooked for my liking and it appears some garlic butter over the top while it rested for 9 minutes was needed while the steak stopped moo’ing clap
