I really enjoy these breakfast tacos. Its cheese, egg, hominy, green chilis, and cilantro. You can make them in a single pan. Add oil, slightly heat the tortilla on one side of the pan. Place your cheese on the tortilla to melt while on the other side frying up your egg, hominy, green chilis, then top with cilantro. That looks great. However, I see what appears to be an adult beverage, and I am assuming that you did not have this for breakfast, so it is simply a cheese, egg, hominy, green chilis, and cilantro taco. With the exception of the sour cream, I could eat those all day long.

With the exception of the sour cream, I could eat those all day long. I'd have a Corona at 8am on the weekends when I make my breakfast tacos if my wife wouldn't kill me. Those look goooooddd
