Headed to Jones county for a quail hunt next weekend, but need to buy some birds as an insurance policy.... can anyone point me in the right direction for some quail farms nears Abilene?

Try to track down Ralph Jackson near Albany. If he's still around and raising quail - they will be outstanding. Good luck!

Santa Anna Hunting Area, in Santa Anna may have some for sale.
They make ammo specifically for hunting for a reason!

He has good healthy birds, and he is close.
