New to the forum so still learning the rules and etiquette. Please bare with me...

2 guns searching for a lease within 3 hrs of DFW 2021-2022 and beyond. Budget of up to 5k for the right lease. Would like year round access to camp with the kids, share stories and the campfire and get work done if need be. Water and RV hookup a must. Cabin would be great but not an absolute must.

We are both mid thirties good conversationalist, business owners, have small children and one is a great cook! (One owns a restaurant)

If you have any openings for 2 or if you're an entire group considering leaving your lease please contact us! We are able to purchase your feeders and stands to save you the trouble of moving them and have 3 other friends looking as well.

Welcome to our forum. It is a great forum for many reasons. So far on etiquette you are doing fine. You will usually get advise on here whether you ask for it or not. For most that should be a good thing. I can offer a lot of advise for anyone looking for a lease and others will as well.
-One thing is you may get lucky and find a lease but probably you wont get a lot of comments. If you dont I would find an excuse to bump your thread back to the top, Especially this time of year a lot of places dont know if they have openings.
-I would look back through this section for as far back as you have time and look at all the advise that has been offered. You may even find some contact info thats outdated but you may get lucky.
-Put as much info about yourself as you can. Its usually not hard for leases to get filled so people may not be real proactive but if you put a lot of info and you look good then you may get a bite.
-Let us know as much about what you want and dont want as you can. Which direction out of DFW are you willing to go.
-You said you are looking for a lease but implied you would join an existing group so you may clarify that.
-Go to leasehunter.com and you may get lucky.
-A lot of folks will say to stay away from Craigslist but if you are careful(you should be anyway) I think its a viable option.
-Telling us your budget is very helpful but you should clarify if the $5000 is total or per person.
-Ive been in restaurant business all my life so im just curious if you want to tell us which one your great cook owns(understand if you want to keep quiet.)
-Since you are new I would make sure you understand the pm system. Often times that is the preferred way to communicate on here. There is a way to get an email when someone has sent you a pm. This keeps you from having to constantly keep checking your pms.
Probably a lot of other tidbits I could offer and maybe I will later.
