I checked out my fixings. Walmart now carries oysters. Now I will have sausage, turkey, shrimp, oyster, gumbo, cooked in turkey stock, with roux, topped with green onions, over rice. Pretty simple. Think I should add garlic bread?

Potato salad is the traditional side dish.

Potato salad or French bread.

Don't forget the trinity and the okra. Boiled eggs are a plus too if you like them.
