As far as I know, there's no evidence of anyone ever having been infected with the Rona while sitting in a deer stand. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised in the sunshine and fresh air doesn't boost the immune system.

I'm a little worried. the border patrol picked up a few future Americans that may or may not have slept in some of our deer blinds last week.

I travel a ton for work, pretty much each week to places like Mexico, Tampa, Atlanta, etc.. Despite being in and out of airports and planes all year long I have not yet (knock on wood) contracted the Rona.
Then the second week of bow season I'm out on our 1200 acre lease with just one other guy. We didn't hunt together, but we hung out afterwards at the campfire and inside the camper. The day after getting back home he tells me that he tested positive for Covid. Fortunately, I tested negative and never got it, but what are the odds that the one time you run into someone with it, it is on a 1200 acre lease with just the two of you?

There's absolutely no telling how many of us have been exposed multiple times and have no knowledge of it. As I understand it, hardly anyone is being tested for anti-bodies.
