I plan to break out my wok and make Chinese pepper steak with the top sirloin steaks. That was my go to for venison back in the day.

I plan to break out my wok and make Chinese pepper steak with the top sirloin steaks. That was my go to for venison back in the day. I'd like to see a write up on that next time you make it. Sounds good.
