Just ordered a set to start a mild work out session 30 minutes a day. Any of y’all do this at home since the gyms are not a place to be during covid?????

I do and I love them. I bought a few and then went and bought an entire set. Easy to use anywhere, stores away easy and gives a great workout

i have a set for back exercises, they are great
you can buy from amazon, academy, scheels
get a set of three but i end up just using the heaviest one
