Any Coleman County hunters?
We are between Santa Anna and rock wood just bought the ranch this year
We were up weekend before last with the wind and warm temperatures and seen a few deer
Did see a nice buck pushing does before the front blew in
Has anybody been hunting lately and seen any rutting activities

Rut is full on right now. I actually see more bucks during the 7 - 10 days before the rut really kicks in when they're out moving trying to find that early doe.

Silver spurs and gold tequila
keep me hanging on.
Pretty girls and old cantinas
give me shelter from the storm.

We hunted 31/2 days in Coleman co we didn’t get anything but had a great time we started seeing some chasing Saturday evening we saw quit a few young bucks and one borderline shooter we let walk nice wide 31/2 year old that will be really nice next year
I bought this ranch at the first of the year and it’s small 172 acres but I think the hunting pressure is pretty light around us really don’t know but we heard very little shooting the ones we heard were a ways off
Good luck to everyone and be safe
