Here in these parts, we try to run a lil' ten day festival each year. A few people come on out and play with us and seem to appreciate it. For those ten days, I get to wear leather shorts and show how "tough" I am. A week after the 2019 festival, an incandescent light bulb too close to something flammable was left on a caused a lil' fire. We don't even know why the light was left on. That durn fire burned down our MarketPlatz - where 90% of the food was sold. It also did severe damage to the venerable Wursthalle - the former cottonseed oil facility built in 1902 and still serving as our most iconic image on our 14 acre "campus" lining the Comal River.

We had quite the challenge in front if us, but as they say, "No step too high for a high stepper". 35,000 SF of new space was all that was needed. It had to house two tap rooms, something like 14 concessionaire run restaurants, some stores and two rather large bathrooms. Covid slowed us down and then prevented this year's festival from taking place. The attached link is from October - I hope it works.
