My nephew is still out the catching them. Fall is prime time fishing for offshore. Captain Clint Smith is a Coast Guard Licensed and insured Captain with a TPWD guides License, he also participates in USCG drug testing program. He offers a variety of different charters in order to make your trip one of a life time. Offering wading as well as on the boat Bay fishing trips using bait or artificial. You can ether book him for a full day which is 8 hours or a half day which is 6 hours. I provide the rods, reels, bait, tackle, fuel, fish cleaning, all you need is a valid fishing license. I provide an ice chest for the fish and one with waters, you are more than welcome to bring whatever you want to drink or eat while on the charter. Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are welcome on board, but please enjoy responsibly. The rates are $150 a person for half day charter but must have a minimum of $550 to go (Half day Charters are not applicable for the No Fish, No Pay). On full day trips its $200 a person and must have a minimum of $600 to go (Only full day trips are applicable for the NO Fish, No Pay). Offshore fishing charters are available as well, for $200 a person with a $600 minimum. A $100 deposit must be made to reserve all Bay and Offshore fishing dates. Deposits are required at the time reservations are made, and we have a 10 day cancelation policy. If charters are canceled beyond 10 days of your booking date, then the full deposit will be refunded. However, if you cancel the charter within 10 days of the booked date then the deposit will not be refundable. Trips cancelled within 24 hours of departure or ‘no show' will be charged in full. In case of inclement weather, the captain will decide to either postpone, reschedule, or cancel the charter. In the event the trip is canceled by the captain then the deposit will be refunded.
Discounts Offered:
Children under 12 years of age are $50 off, however, minimums still apply.
Veterans, active duty military, and first responders are $50 off, however, minimums still apply
* All discounts must be brought up when charter is booked, and/or is the customer’s responsibility to bring up discounts when paying

Went fishing with Clint on Friday (1/22/21). We originally wanted to book a last minute trip on Saturday (1/23) but Clint recommended Friday if it would work with our schedule. The forecast for that day was going to be pretty good with little to no waves. Clint was right! Ended up being a pretty good day and caught our limit of big snappers and a big red!
