My female’s in heat and I’d like to breed her. I have an acquaintance who wanted to but I can’t get ahold of him. I’m looking for someone who would be willing to provide a sire in exchange for pick of the litter. I’m not trying to sound like trump but he will need papers. Hoping not to have to travel more than a few hours from Odessa.

How far are you?

Is she a finished gyp? How is she bred?

She would be phenomenal in the hands of a good trainer. But I’m living on a teacher’s salary so what training she’s had I did myself. The guy I got her from in NM hunts all his dogs and they’re all real birdy. I don’t get to take her out hunting enough but she loves doing it.

As for how she’s bred, I’m not afraid to help it along if we need to.

If you feel like driving 5 hrs to Temple, I probably have the best hunting gsp in the state, leave her here a couple of days then come back to pick her up. I dont want a puppy, I will charge you 2 ice cold Miller Lites. Here he is pointing quail for some deer hunters on their lease.

I found someone local but must have waited too long. The vet said the 10th day of her cycle but maybe she's the exception. Oh well. Will try again next go round.
