Cooked up a batch of 4.5 lbs of white onions and 1.5 lbs of white mushrooms. Slow-cooked in butter and avocado oil. Added garlic cooking wine, minced garlic, paprika, and a touch of turmeric. For $87.00, I am happy with my new toy!

A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.

Looks great. Sometimes, those small portable griddled and grills are all you need. That’s a nice pile of food too!!!

Looks very useful and I bet it does a good job. Got a link or name for grill?

Did you find that the grease tray is going to be big enough? That’s usually my complaint with most of them. My current one lets me drain it off the front, into a metal coffee can, when I do a lot of bacon They sure are handy and pack away nice.

We settled on the MegaMaster 2 burner grill, and use a griddle on top. All stainless construction, folding legs, can use with 5 gallon bottle or the hose connection on RV. Here’s a stock photo of the one I have.
