Saw a box on my morning walk, with a picture of an air fryer with a roasted turkey. I'm nor sure I would trust one. you?

Neighbor has one. He brought over some turkey he fried in it and it was really good. He said he's been using one for a while and the only problem is he said they rarely work again the next year. Might be worth it if you can pick it up cheap.

My dad has one and he cooks about every meal in it. Rarely does he use the oven anymore and he turns out some pretty tasty dishes.

Do they really turn out like fried food?
Can you bread catfish fillets in cornmeal and put it in there and it comes out with the taste/texture of fried fish?

I got the new double basket Ninja Foodi for Christmas. It has sync cooking so you can say put fries in one side for 28 minutes and burgers or wings in the other side for 20 minutes. The cooker will auto pause the burger/wing side for 8 minutes and then once the fries get down to 20 minutes it'll kick both sides on and it all gets done at the exact same time. Pretty cool feature.
