Smoked Brisket. My guts were just fine.
The magnesium citrate prep was the sucky part. My blowhole was so tender from spraying I couldn't touch it. Like someone had gone after it with a wire brush.

Just me- I wouldn't have anything that might
not wash off easily. It usually takes a day to
get over the splatters. You might want to
get some lysol or some oxiclean to wash your
clothes with beforehand

I had a small banana first ,and about 30 minutes later a small avocado. That kept me happy until I felt the desire or need for something more .

Went to IHOP and ate a full breakfast, no issues.

I have only had one in 2015, I'm do for another. But I remember after I was done, my system was so clean and I didn't want to dirty it up again.

Never had one and have no plans to, ever.
Beer, vodka, coffee, apple cider vinegar with lemon & lots of water & my lower unit stays flushed out.....keep away from my bunghole buddy.

I had one in March and they removed 4 precancerous polyps. I had a Whataburger double with jalepenos, fries and a drink. Didnt phase me one bit. Figured after having to drink the concoction of nasty stuff to cleanse my bowel I deserved what I wanted.
