Quite the pulley collection. I saw on tv Alaska natives pulling an enormous whale onto the ice with a huge block and tackle (many times back and forth) and a bunch of people..

we used what is called a Z drag in swiftwater rescue, same principle but using a prusik on the main line you gain even more advantage. sling on the rope would work and be a whole lot less set up and hassle.

I would have thought it to be more effective putting the ropes higher up on the stump vs so low?
