Does anyone hunt on the Berry Farm or Big Creek Parks around the North Side of Wright Patman Lake? My Stepson lives close by there and we were wanting to try hunting on one or both of these places. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Well I went fishing up there 20 years ago, beautiful place and we loaded coolers with Catfish and Crappie. Anecdotal at best, but since you have good access you could tell us what it's like hunting, at least tell us if the hog population needs trimming.

Best idea would be to contact the COE office, there at the dam. I have been away from that area for over 20 years and THINK some of the areas that the public was allowed to hunt are now closed to hunting.
