Thanks. I had a little garlic bread on the side to sop or soak-up my butter, olive oil, wine sauce.

What did you cook the scallops in? To get them to brown up so nicely...

I followed the recipe. I patted the scallops dry and put them in the almost smoking olive ole, turned them after they were browned, then add butter to cool them down.

The recipe is similar to shrimp scampi which I plan to cook next Friday. I'm starting fish Fridays.
