This was a good night on this property, my 4th to visit that night. It is always important to keep scanning for hogs after you are "done" hunting" and certainly before you leave the field. In this case, I was dragging hogs to a pile for a photo and would scan after I dragged each hog. After the 5th hog, I noticed more hogs moving into the field with me, despite me working with my headlamp on and using a strobe to mark the pile location.

The first twofer was accidental. I was attempting to shoot one piglet when another literally stepped in the way at the last possible fraction of a second. The 2nd twofer was intentionally attempted and was successful.

You may hit 400 hogs this year (kill count) !?!?!?
