Any early rutting going on????

Mine are still bachelored up.

Young ones still in groups. I had a new one show up and looks like he is ready to start rutting. Previous to him I had a couple of nice eights in groups but they are gone. He may have pushed them out as the stud in the area now.

This was shot on our place last weekend during youth weekend. As you know, we’re just down the road from you.

My little place is in Murray and lease near Woodson

My target buck hit three feeders inside of an hour this evening. I’d say they’re on the move.

I’m 40 miles east of Young.

How's it been looking out there the past week or so? Rut in full tilt? Plan on being out the next couple of days.

I used to have a lease on Murray Cemetary road. Also had one in Woodson. Great deer out that way!

They should be moving around this weekend. I'll be in a blind tomorrow morning to see.

Just got my personal best. I passed on a really nice wide 8 pt. on Friday, then sat through all day rain on Saturday, and was blessed to have this guy walk in just after legal shooting light on Sunday. We're starting to see some really nice bucks on our place the last few years.

I think the neighbor (sorry if the skuz is on THF, he was my sons target deer!) got ours. He was coming the the feeder ever day for 3 days (11/9-11/11) - never saw him before that and he hasn't shown back up since 11/11. It's only 100 acres so you can bet if the neighbor saw him, he's gone.

He’s actually an 11 point buck. We’re near 1974 & Murray Cemetery Rd. Also, just to clarify, I meant that he came in just after legal shooting light began, not ended. When he came in it was right at legal, but it was still too dark to see what he was, as there was tons of fog from the rain the day before. It took 10 mins before I could tell that he was a buck. Then I saw his spread and was scrambling to get a shot on him before he left.
