Looks good, I’ve always wanted to try that. I would hurt myself on that.... I made a Texas Red chicken chili (I know that don’t sound right) for the guys at work over in Singapore, only because beef was expensive and harder to come by. Used chicken breasts (too dry) only because I didn’t feel like deboning that many thighs. They don’t sell anything deboned over there like they do here. Served it over rice and they tore it up lol.
