Looking for reasonable price hunt for my 11 year old son. Never put one down been hunting 3 years. Would like to get him a buck and a doe.

Check out Don K post under Exotic, he did have some BB does for sale and also sells reasonable WT hunts.

Check out the Texas Youth Hunting Program... they have a few hunts that the landowners are targeting first time hunters... or those that have hunted, but not shot anything yet. Great experience.

Keep looking for the deer, but also make the outings an outdoor learning experience. Teach him the fun parts of outdoors. Make plaster casts of tracks, collect insects, photograph nature, find rabbits and squirrels, learn plants, make foil dinners. And look for deer.

Great program and lots of hunts. First time applications are given priority over those that have been drawn before for deer hunts with them.

Also get on the TYHP standby list, when someone cancels at the last minute they call folks on the list and you hunt that weekend.
My boys shot a lot of deer through TYHP .
Good program.
