We pen cattle after bringing them in from the top 500 acres on a 30 acre pasture before bringing them into the pens and squeeze shoot, I can’t imagine hunting on 34 acres!

I'd have no problem hunting 34 acres. Now coming up with the money you want for those 34 is probably a different story. Good luck on finding a buyer.
