Why not just tie the hog to the hitch on the 4wheeler and drag it out?

Nice big hog! Did you get a weight on it? We either use the tractor and FEL or this, i have a big meat hook i hook through the hock on the hog and into the safety chain loop on the truck... just dont back up.

Congratulations on a nice hog.
I found a technique that works well on deer. I'll lay the head and neck against the front of the rear fender of my ATV. Then I get on the rear rack, squat down, and reach down between my legs grab the antlers and lift it across the rear of the seat using the lifting strength of my legs. Once it's hanging over the seat, it's very easy to slide it back onto the rear rack. On a bigger buck, I might have to take a step back on the rear rack to get it to fall across the seat. For the average person, the legs are able to push roughly four times as much weight as their arms.
