Recently bought a Taurus G2 9mm... Shortage of ammo.  a store got some in... They've had 9mm ammo for week straight. Have bought several boxes. Stopped in got 2 more. Several others thar, sales person made comment. Becoming a hoarder...  The looks i got... Scare tactic's... 70's pard & i got inta  fastdrawing... Got damn good too Could hit cans, clay pigeons... Go threw lots of ammo ta get good... Back then no one said anything buying large quanteties... Tis alot easier hitting something @ 20 paces with sights than draw shoot from hip.. So box of 50 plenty ta get accurate & plenty left ta plink with...  but what good tis a gun without ammo or place ta shoot/hunt...

If you where still here I’d give you a box just so I could meet the legend @ #eral uno on the ignorance list & most hated on dis forum ?  Quit clowning around BOBO... Whin d ammo & gun prices go up, middle & upper class can still aford the prices...

Made the rounds in Tyler looking for "a" box of 30-30 for a friend.
Went to the following:
Gander Outdoors, Academy, Walmart on 110, Superior and Atwoods. Not one box of 30-30, 270, 243, etc.
The shelves are barren in each place that I went in. Academy had three (3) boxes of rifle ammo total, Walmart had four (4) and Atwoods had none. Only pistol ammo I saw was .380.
It's a bad situation.
