I believe it’ll work just fine for the few times you use it.

Still looks like plenty of cover to hide the boat or hunt from and less weight.

Still looks like plenty of cover to hide the boat or hunt from and less weight. I never liked using those coffin layout blind doors, just too slow on the draw. When I did use them, I laid my gun on right side and left right side door open, and closed the left side door. I would rather have no doors (less weight/clutter) and pull something over me. I got some ideas, I may integrate some bamboo into it..

What I would like to do is be able to rig 3 bamboo stalks on each side of boat the length of the boat (6 total), with bungee or something. So it trailers, rides, and everything with bamboo on each side. Then when I get to my spot to hunt, bamboo comes off, and I can move it around to maximize cover. When bamboo leaves die and fall off, probably after the first hunt, I will use same bamboo stalks but start tying in killer weed. I don't have it all figured out yet, that will take a few more beers!

I've field hunted geese in a homemade ghillie suit when cover was sparse. Works like a champ.

Great photo but the camo is blocking the barrel sticker on your SBE.
