This is SW Texas where body weights will be 220-250 lbs live weight before the rut.
Most good mature bucks will average 100" of frame or better.

They have history with this buck so are pretty confident on his age.

He is a main frame 5 X 6 with the kicker and an extra point on the base on the 6 side.

I know the game cam pics are not the clearest but let's see what you guys think.

yep, 5.5+ I think he will go into the mid to higher end of 140s. He has serious main beam length with good mass.

6 or 7 on age and 108-110 down with 65-68 up...so mid 170's is what I see.

Dang STx, I cant get him over 100 down. Unless he really is that huge a body and that beam is even longer than it looks. However I get more on top than you, 70, but it really is hard to see all his tine length in those pics. 170 tops and I guess hes 6 at least. My kind of deer sure.

160-165, 6 year old. IMO.... I'd ground check him for sure.

6 maybe 7. I get 102 on the frame and 66.5 on the points. 168.5 gross. He may go low 70’s if I under estimated tine or beam length. Very nice!

teeth said 6.5 but history on the deer told the guys on the ranch 7.5.
I saw him and at first glance thought mid to upper 60s...until I studied him and knew he would bust 170"
My friend shot him and needless to say is very happy he did. Hell of a LF buck.

Well I was 7 or 8 low. I always say if you miss the beam you will miss the rest. Dang thats a good beam. Hes just big all over.

Nice buck! Missed him about 10 inches.

That deer is a great looking buck, I say over 160
