Landowner called and said hogs had rooted up part of a winter wheat field and was going to replant damaged areas, but was afraid the hogs would root up the seed. So, I went and camped out on the property and waited. Nine hogs down, ranging in size from 135 to 270 lbs. It got a little exciting for me when the hogs were running by me, both in front and in back of me. I don't like them that close and I don't like them that close behind me, LOL.

That was some great shooting and excitement. Too bad Ben wasn't with you, y'all could have put a real hurt on that big sounder. Thanks! I missed having Ben there as well. We have schedules that just aren't lining up right now. Things should calm down in a week or so. Lots of "pulled pork" and a bit of excitement as well! Good shooting; well done; I bet your landowner is very happy with your score!! I got a call from the landowner's partner...who picked up all of the hogs and moved them to a bone yard. Despite the fact that it was a bunch of work, he was hugely pleased the hogs didn't get to do much more damage. He said if I keep killing them, he will keep collecting them. I am fine with that.

Good shooting, glad with that many of those size hot=gs it is a proprty they will move them to the bone yard
