Me and several people that I work with have been using JT`s deer processing in Stephenville for 5-6 years now. Had great results and very fair price. Here is the location. It is about 1/2 mile off of 377 comimg from Granbury.

Was very pleased with Flint Canyon, but they're in Glen Rose on FM 56.
