Heading to Brady next weekend to a families ranch to help manage the herd.
I have to do dinner one night. Think I'll do fajitas. There will be 8 people, 4 of them women. I will buy the pre-marinated from a local Mexican Market. Will get some marinated Tableta's too.
How many pounds of fajita beef/chicken should I get?

1/4 to 1/2 lb per plenty is plenty, I'd get more beef than chicken.

3lbs of beef, 2lbs of chicken. Leftovers never hurt anybody (unless you left them too long!).

Better to have to much than not enough. Any leftovers would make some tasty omelets
