Sad year for me from camera pic's. I got this 7 point cull pretty regular and not much else but a lot of young deer. Our North lease guys have a few good ones roaming around. Hopefully I'll have some new visitors when I check the cameras tomorrow .

I was lucky enough to see both of my target bucks in Sept. One was older and the other one was not as old looking in the few TC pics I had of him and the time I saw in the daylight in Sept.

When I saw him in person that afternoon the first week of archery...I made my mind up right away. So 1 buck AR county..I am done.

What I know about archery wouldn't fill a thimble. But it sure looks like whatever you stuck him with hit perfectly. Congratulations, that's a nice buck.

I have done zero scouting and don't have any cameras where I will be hunting this weekend.

I'm not looking to hard. My 8 year old granddaughter got her first deer and that made my decade. I'm supposed to hunt down south in December but it's going to be hard to beat that feeling I got when I saw her take her deer.

Leon county, hoping he comes out next weekend and I can get a good look in person. Not much in Guadalupe county, same 8 deer everyday, will be fun to sit in the blind with a gun though.
