Had enough of the hamburger dinners in the motel to last me, so we all decided that nice white meat tacos would do the trick for dinner. Pacific cod filets, Cole slaw, mango peach salsa, and the usual trimmings. Cod is a pretty good fish. I agree. Cod works well for these types of dishes.
