It's only Tuesday...why on earth would I have made this decision this early?
Glad to see that Ol Thumper will be afield with a .375...clearly a man who understands and appreciates the worth of Holland's marvelous medium bore! I'll have my own warhorse .375 afield this season again as well!

My favorite "killing machine" 6.8. This rifle has killed everything I have aimed at with one shot including paper targets. (they don't taste very good though)

30-06, I own 4 of them. I have always wanted a .257 Weatherby mag after shooting one but my 06s do the job.

I’ll have my 280 in hand, started carrying here 30 years ago when I was 12. Might have to break out my new 28 Nosler from Alamo, loaded with Chads 195’s. I know it’s overkill, but it shoots lights out!

One boy will have the 22-250 shooting 45gr TSX. The other will have the 7-08 shooting 120gr NBT. My buddy’s son will be shooting 243 with 85gr HPBT. All under supervision. I’m supervising the back porch with the youngest on the 250.

I originally got a 7mm-08 to teach my kids to shoot and deer hunt while I stuck with my .280 (which I still love). But guess which rifle leaves the safe for hunting season now ? Yep, I grab the 7mm-08 and go... .light package, easy to handle and so easy to reload for...

I sold my trusty .270 and .308 this year which I used almost exclusively for the past 15
